Associate Conservation Architect
Apoorva D Goyal joined the GNHM family in 2013 after completing her B.Arch from RV College of Architecture, Bangalore and has been a part of it since its inception. After working on a diverse gamut of projects, she went on to pursue her Masters in Cultural Heritage Management from the University of York, England. There she carried out research work on the Indigenous Methods of Heritage Management and studied its applicability in the Indian context. Additionally, she interned with Historic England for a brief period post which she came back to rejoin the firm in 2017.
Today, Apoorva manages the firm’s Uttarakhand Branch office and mainly works on projects related to heritage research, planning, management and interpretation. She is an active member ofICOMOS, India and has also co-founded two art museums in Haridwar.
